Crusty on the outside, and airy on the inside with a pleasant chew. We use 100% organic: white flour Zentrofan milled Wholemeal Spelt and wholewheat, sea salt, Sprouted barley malt and our sourdough culture.
Due to the added wholemeal, this sourdough responds well to an extended fermentation of 48 hours. This will make the sourdough flavour more pronounced, and result in a slightly flatter loaf.
