German Dark Sourdough Loaf

Heavy, dark, and full of flavour. Our dark sourdough undergoes a long fermentation and is predominantly rye with a touch of wholemeal, malt and seeds. 

We love to slice this loaf thinly and top it with cream cheese and cured salmon, or goats cheese, avo and fresh salad greens.
